Manchester Employment Support Team

This team supports disabled people who live within the boundaries of the City of Manchester into employment and work-related training. We will work with disabled people and employers to gain and sustain employment, or training for work.

In 2006 - 2007, 234 people accessed Manchester Employment Team's service. In particular we supported:

13 people into paid employment.
40 people into voluntary work.
66 people in internal training at our training sites.

29 people through on the job support in the workplace.

We are funded by Manchester City Council.
