Hate Crime - what is it?

Breakthrough UK has obtained funding from the Equality and Human Rights Commission to find out more about the way organisations define and respond to reports of hate crime, or related incidents. This is very important research for disabled people, and their organisations, which are being faced with this issue more often.

We would very much appreciate your organisation taking the time to complete the questionnaire.

Further copies can be obtained from and returned by e-mail to

hatecrime@breakthrough-uk.co.uk

Postal returns can be sent to the address below.  If you would like any further information or a copy in an alternative format please contact Tom Raines at Breakthrough UK.

Please return completed questionnaires by November 17 2008 (although we will attempt to include late arrivals).

There will be a conference in March 2009 to launch the report of the findings of this study. The first 50 organisations to return a questionnaire will receive a guaranteed place at the conference.
